The start of an education plan that will take a long time...

Okay, so I discovered something while debating education reform the other day. It was that the secondary schools, meaning k-12, will never reform if they are not made to. The only way to force them to become better and more learning intensive, is to increase the standards of the post-secondary schools, meaning universities and colleges. Make the minimum passing grade higher, increase the standards for admissions. i will elaborate more later.
